Beeza, you only got your wheel alignment a few months ago. You probably did all that inner wear before the alignment. Just cause you've now had an alignment, it won't 'correct' what has already been done. It will now wear down evenly inside and out. So you'll always have uneven wear. Get what I mean?
Thanks Dean,I know what ya mean.The last alignment was a 3-4 months ago,before that one,about a year back again.
I swapped the back to front,front to back.The tread on the back tyres that are now on the front are even,so I will monitor it after the strut brace has been tightened and see if it wears inevenly or not.I wont bother getting an alignment again until I put the new T1r's on.
This will be a good little experiment now that I'm driving 600km's a week!
When I swapped from the 17" to the 15",I'm pretty sure I didn't get an alignment for quite a while...so maybe that uneven wear,or some of,is from that too.
