im pretty sure ur almost alone on that one, lol

and we already have tons of offtopic content in the lounge without needing to introduce more

I think the forum has alot more potential, we need to push to limits to find oput exactly how much potential, best case scenario, have a few new threads pop up, alot of new members join becuase of the wide variety of content, mods charge more for advertising so that keeps them happy and everyone gets on happily ever after. worst case scenario it backfires, we loose a few newcomers but the bulk of members are still around!~

I think R18+ content should be kept a minimum, but should be allowed. What's a better combination then good looking girls and cars?

I say keep it how the system is currently, a forum that is based on cars with some offtopic things to keep the community happy :) I like grims suggestion where you can select an option to not be able to view R18+ threads if you are in a situation at like work. If that's not feasible then our current system is totally fine, don't want to look at it, don't click it.

Unfortunately that's not possible in vB without hacks (which I don't intend on installing)....but it is a good idea though!

As for the donations...hmm yeah.....lol still haven't gotten around to that and I've got even more stuff on my plate!

My comments are not in relation to JDMST however the lounge isn't the main focus of this site. The main focus is the cars and sharing car related info. So I don't think that by removing two threads in the OT area the site will go down hill (if anything it might help flush out the people who spend all their time in the OT area.
