i had a Jazz GD3 and Civic Type R EP3 and all have crap brakes.....
JBT BBK up front, Mugen pads at the rear. Looking at putting EBC pads on the rears cos the pads are almost gone after 55k km of driving.
so Odc pads are specific? doesn't share with other hondas?

^^ not quite true as well. if you do the actual measurement, i'm sure it will share with other models especially FD2R and CL7R. we just have no definitely answer and data base to support this unless someone really tried.
FYI, i know Project Mu full 4pot kit for CL7R is a direct bolt onto RB1 with 300mm OEM rotor because someone did it already. But i can't say another brand full 4pot kit be the same.
Polish or gold coloured rims would suit nicely.
