Hallo
Replaced interior bulbs with LEDs and headlights with Phillips CrystalVision bulbs. Ended up buying LEDs from Super Bright LEDs (SBL), a company in the US. If anyone's interested, I got the following list for the FD:
2x Parkers
Boot light
2x Side markers
2x License plate
Dome/interior light
2x Dome (lights above rearview mirror)
Relay flasher
Headlights
Low beam - HB4
High beam - HB3
Foglights - H11
I found the headlight bulbs on eBay from a seller in the UK
The LED board for the boot light fits perfectly in the housing. Just make sure you put the LED board inside the housing first, THEN plug it in, and it will fit perfectly. If you plug it in first and then try and fit it in you might have problems.
As for the interior dome, it's a really tight fit putting the LED board in, so plug it in, position it the way you want it, and then try and keep it in that position while you put the housing back on. It might be a two-person job to get it to position the way you want it. Like I said, it's a tight fit so don't be afraid to use some force to put the housing back on.
And for the dome lights above the rearview mirror, when you open up the housing, there's an empty area (pic here) next to where the terminals for the bulb is - you can fit the led board in there and hold it down with sticky tape and run the wire back to the terminals. Fairly easy. But when you press it to turn on, you'll have to press a little harder because the wire's in the way a little.
When replacing the headlight bulbs, unclip the splashguard on the driver's side to gain easy access to the low beam and high beam bulbs. Turn your wheel to the right (or left if LHD) all the way to make it even easier to put the splash guard back on since there are 3 clips hidden inside behind the wheel. When replacing the bulbs on the passenger side, just take the battery out and the fluid bottle thing next to it - it makes it much much easier since it's bloody difficult putting the fluid bottle back in while the battery's still in.
And foglights are super easy. Just one screw in the top corner and it's out.
