Similar to JDM DC2R, I was getting around a 10-15kw jump as soon as vtec kicked in, matched with a LOUD crossover....
After a tune crossover is a bit quieter (maybe even a little higher pitched...) and there is no "feeling fast" it actually is fast now :p and keeps building strongly :)
CAI is an awesome mod though, but keep in mind that afterwards you will probably feel like headers and exhaust and tune and........... ;)

Not sure if its true or just false info but i have read up that having the same brand headers/cat back allows better flow and cancels the need for any custom welding etc..
I would be going with 4-2-1 headers also

You sure? Valve clearance adjustment won't make any noticeable change in performance unless you make the clearance too tight. In which case the valve does not fully close, causing loss of performance.Quote:
