well...i had my keys cut in clayton...some locksmith shop near the station...i didn't hav much trouble finding a locksmith cutting my key...
some shops refuse to cut car keys...dunno y..
but that place in clayton did...soo yer hope that helps

they refuse because if they stuff up its a 50 to 70 dollar blank key down the drain

nah....it's further down abit more...it's....i think across the road from anz bank...i think it's anz...it's sum bank..can't remember....across the rd from news agent.. :)

2 'master' locksmiths
www.saslocksmiths.com.au and another one
n they both say they kant do nefn wifout the red key. 'master' for nuffn'

ok i've found a store for all u east melb ppl

its at knox city called mr minit
they can do transpondr keys for civics n other honda's
myn is getting ordered atm and total cost is $74.95

so you dont need the red key to make a copy?

yep basically they sed i dont need it (i dont haf the red key btw)
so im happy
better then a new immobiler n key etc from honda dealer for $600+

Buffalo Locksmiths at Ryde did mine back a few years ago when I got my car. Cost around the $60 - $70 mark.
