I have a video, 10mb, if anyone wants to hear a Muge twin loop on Prelude at 7500rpm going down the straight at wakefield.....

i'd like to know why your twinloop is so loud

the packing?? Which is where - not an exhaust expert TBH - ?

the packing is the fibreglass bits that's built into the exhaust
if it's blown out or burnt, then u basically have no more sound insulation

The exhaust I bought was "apparently" only 8 months old.
Does this have any other detrimental effect on the car? Or is the packing able to be re-stuffed??
I will be comparing it to another Mugen exhausted prelude shortly, which I am sure, from memory, was much quieter..

yeah my mates mugen twin loop aint that loud

imo it sounds ghey!

does anyone have a picture of a ITR muffler? .. how does it look like?

Dude awsome at idel u can just hear it and while driving just a nice whine but i havny heard it yet as i cant drive my car to hard as i have a new fully re built engine

Ben - i got it on Carrington Road next to Baulkham Hills Council on a thursday night

i got pulled over, random breath testing was there excuse, then told me to follow them into their defect station. Got done by 3 RTA inspectors and 4 cops...lol

Ahh is that the road that goes up and down all the way to Victoria Ave. ?
