Do you know how the exhaust shop connected the 2" to a 2.25? just wondering how hard it is to do at home?

All piping is 2" in my exhaust,2" magnaflow cat and 2.25" muffler.
I'm not sure how he done it but looking at the pics,it looks like he used a small piece of piping to step it down or being that there's not to much difference between 2 and 2.25" he may have just welded the 2 together.
I haven't welded before....I'll leave that up to the pro's :)

yeh... bit short on money since im only 17 this year... i asked my dad, he wouldn't agree with going with the x-force headers but something like spoon, mugen or toda, but im unsure if they made parts for the D-series motor.Quote:

aye beeeza! did you clean your headers before you put them in? if so what did you use. mine look fairly ok but abit dirty was wondering if theres anything to clean it with.
I didn't clean them but I know you can clean them,I'm just not sure what with.Aaron should know,he's the cleaning expert :)
Thanks denmase.The sound of your exhaust means everything...I was real lucky that with all the bits I used I ended up getting a real nice note.It's a gamble really.
