Depends if he wants to mod the car.

VTi has more options such as sunroof etc doesnt it?
If its purely for a daily driver with no plans to mod then this may be a better option for creature comforts, possibly a GLi. All depends what the guy is after.

Any EFi EG is easily modded..

Dose the SI have all round discs?

I know the GLI doesn't

Si has 4 wheel discs. Same as vti.

ended up getting a Hatch EG VTi right on my budget :)

Depends how much you wanna spend and what you want out of your car...

Just basic mods u know...
bare in mind its my daily. dont want an uncomfy track car.
but at the same time, i want it to handle well esp on twisties :)
