euro-r bar? Im not sure...I thought it was the cl9 bar with the euro-r lip kit.
Look up for yfin's post about his euro-r kit, he also posted the part numbers if memory serves correctly.
BTW, im sure Honda charges much more than other places! :P
I found a lip on ebay that looks a little bit similar to euro-r front lip.
