as stated this is the buy it now price they also have bidding items and i have seen some go in the past for less than 20bux including shipping.
i'm not saying 30bux isn't a good deal, just letting others know that there are other options including the one you stated.

i tried to buy the $30 one ciruk linked to but i think because its an 'imediate payment' item, paypal will only let me use a credit/debit card to pay rather than my bank account :S
aw well, might have to get the $49 one due to a lack of credit card :(
