[QUOTE=Frankie;1807330]Hi i need a bit of help i got a front set of superlow king springs for my Ek part number is KMFL-58A but the part number suppose to be KHFL-58A does any know why it is different?????QUOTE]
As has correctly been pointed out, According to King Springs catalog, each manufacturer has its own abbreviation eg. KMFL is for Mazda, KHFL is for Honda, etc.
So this means you got Mazda springs.
Also I got some Lower Springs for my ED (EF). KHFL-58 and KHRL-59 and if you contact King Springs they will tell you the spring rates. Mine were
KHFL-58 : 240lbs/inch or 4.29kg/mm
KHRL-59 : 145lbs/in or 2.59kg/mm
so you can see the rears are always much softer on a front wheel drive car.
Peter
they done a miss print on the springs.
