Cool cool...have you tried other Bob Jane stores to see if they a) can get the tyres in quicker b) have a different price?
I ask this cos I got quoted two different prices for G3's at two Jobson Tyre centres.

hehehe...I rang around a few places ringing about yokis first, and getting some quotes from traders first....this place has been good customer service experience so far. as long as they are on by end of next month, then there is no problem.
Try Tyre and Wheel Centre (i think thats the name) at Ryde. They are a Dunlop super dealer.Quote:

I paid your price last time but my tyres are significantly wider than yours (225 and 245).
Kit: Nice one - I'll give them a buzz tomorrow! Thanks!
With your setup (225 & 245), I'm guessing you drive an S2000 or something other than Honda?
yeah.. I no longer drive a :honda:Quote:

are there any other tyres which match the quality of the Toyo Proxes 4 with the same price range? or is this a very good deal which i shouldn't pass up?
i'm very keen on the proxes 4 but i'm just after some second opinions and stuff.
That sounds like a very fair price, especially for 205/40/17's imo.
I had enquired about them and was quoted at $188 per tyre.
if you want u can get khumo ecstas 205/40/17 brand new for $95 EACH!
i ended up paying $420 all up (4 tyres) including shipping from ebay.
took 3 days then arrived. super fast.
not the best of tyres, but very decent, and definately bang for buck.
can somebody advise which brand tyres i should get that will suit my needs:
basically after something cheapish ($150 give take), safety and must be soundfree! ive had bad exp with noisy tyres b4 and its annoying! also does anyone know whether inaccurate wheel alignment, therefore non straight steering wheel can lead to loud noisy tyres? im not after a set of performance tyres or tyres that are made for racing.
cheers
what size are you after?Quote:
