Yeah awesome Chris!!
Moved the caravan and I now have my own place with a view that is just stunning. The van is so BIG,I'll get some photo's up in 2 weeks after I get from Melbourne!
Off to Melbourne monday, just for 5 nights, then back in surfers in a hotel for 3 nights as the girl is coming over for a holiday!
But yeah,I now hear the neighbours rooster in the moring, thier dog if it barks and the other neighbour leaving in his car.
I didn't NUTTIN' in the crib b4 :)
The caravan is next to the greenhouse,up the top there,ON TOP OF THE WORLD!! :)
LOVE IT!

Thats sick man. Why are u going to melb? U taking makhi to the farm? Roosters are so annoying man argh!
-
Maki's coming over and she always hasled me to go to melbourne, since her family looked after me so well in Japan,I thought,it's only fair lol
I just booked a phillip island penguin tour and Steam train/wildlife sanctuary tour.
PSYCHED!
I'll get plenty of picky's :)
Yeah luckily the rooster is a good 800m away, noist bastards hehehe
The whipbirds were going this morning too!!

Rooster means wake up time. Now you don't need an alarm clock anymore!

Bored out a TB with a small round file, took 3 hours and was suprisingly very easy.I think the material is aliminium so it came off easily!
I also filed the butterfly plate to a sharp point.
So the TB is still 56mm but U can see what I have done.I have tappered it away to a point to allow more air flow:

Thanks for the pics Tim!
Also the 2 screws penetrated through the other side,so I cut them off and filed it flat.Couldn't do much about the BIG head on the screws though...I mean I could grind them off a bit/flat but my grinder on/off button shat itself 2 days ago dammit!! It's dodgy to use now.
U want it to be rough,U dont want to sand/polish it.Being rough allows for atomization which is splitting the atoms in the air, this allows more air into the combustion chamber which = more power! That's why on the inside of the cylinder cumbustion chambers there is cross hatching,it is not smooth, even after 180,000k's U still see it in d-series honda's!! OH YEAH.
This was Tim's TB,I will do mine soon and post performance results! :)

I have learnt that polished finish is best,so I will polish it.
The atomization comes in with the fuel,so ya wanna scuff up the end of the IM runners where the fuel squirts in the help atomize the fuel.
