Sounds like some crap the dealer tried to flog me for $1000.
The price doesn't seem too bad; assuming it's drive-away and automatic. If it's manual, then... I guess it's probably about right (ie. not much discount).
As for the neoprene seat covers- they do look good in the brochure but as with most OEM stuff, fall in my "too expensive to be worth asking about" category!

Dealer told me I might need to wait until Oct to pickup the car, but he called again yesterday that should be able to arrive at mid August.
Are the seat covers good quality? I thought if you buy aftermarket ones from like Repco or something, even the more expensive ones, they cost less than $100.
You're right, you can get a full set of seat covers from super cheap auto for under $100 but in my experience they are generally low quality, itchy and ill fitting.Quote:

Do tell us how it goes in the real world. Even if they are good quality, unless you have an allergy/reaction to the stock seats, I find it hard to justify such a high price tag (as with most dealer-fit accessories).

I got mine from Hornsby Honda and the dealer (Chris) was a pretty direct/straight guy to talk to. I hate it when people **** around and don't get to the point.
