White on blue is strangely nice - maybe some white 18" Work CR Kai's? The bonnet front trim thing in blue looks great!

how do you actually take off the chrome strip? bolts or clips?

The grille strips? The bonnet has 4 small bolts under the bonnet and the grill has to be taken off and that chrome bit is also bolted in. You have to be very gental with them as they snap easy.
