no you dont , you attach a pressure guide to the fuel filter , and with the engine on you tap a few dents in the OEM fuel pressure regulator. Give ita few psi more and you will (combined with a light advance in timing) get more power. Cost = $0.

Dont clamp your fuel return hose ,this isnt effective and not safe.

This is exactly what they do at Hanny's, they tep a few dents in to increase pressure. :wave:
