lol, you shouldnt ever ever ever run any kind of sleeve with a aftermarket strut on the street.
skunk2 sleeves are designed for standard struts. all good but lol.

if anything it should be run with aftermarket shocks since they usually have a higher damper rate
i'm going to assume the spring rate is fairly high in those skunk2 sleeves(at least 2-3 times that of oem springs), how are stock shocks going to handle them?
if anything you'd be bouncing even more with stock shocks than you would with aftermarket ones
sireal's skunk2 springs were probably just way too heavy for the koni yellows to handle, not to say koni's can't handle a wide range it's just the skunk2's were too much
It handled amazingly for an accord tho when we dialled up the damper on the yellows, when the damper was on softer, it bounced like a mofo.
but setups like koni/ground control are proven winners?
i think if onyl skunk2 designed the rear spring to be longer and softer, then it'll be a nice daily setup
skunk 2 designs for a oem shock or a skunk2 sport shock.
the ones i have do not fit konis. this is why iam selling
get king springs ultra lows brett
Kings sell front and rear sets seperately you know.
Super-low rears for EK/EJ - KHRL-59
Ultra-low rears for EK/EJ - KHRL-59SL
*note* Don't be confused by the part numbering system as they are semi-universal.
i.e. the super and ultralows for EK/EJ's are actually the same as the EG lows and superlows.
Handling will be the same as they make them with the same progessive rates. Just different heights.
O,really!?!
If that's the case,I will just put some king super lows on the rear then!
Yeah you can get a pair for about $150
Superlows is an inch lower than lows and ultra lows is another inch lower.
Thanks heaps flipfire!
Superlows sounds like me.
I just want to make sure that it wont affect the handling.Vinny thought it wouldn't handle good with lows at front and superlows at rear?
good move brett, might i add that having all that stuff in the boot for 2 weeks in the accord didnt do squat.
so new springs are the best way forward
