must be space issue at the back compared to the front?
i think people should upload some small pictures of what the wheels looks like :D
usually people put the wider rim on the front of fwd cars is to provide more traction and less wider rims in the rear to reduce rolling resistance
i just put a 9" rim at the front cos i could do it, and it sits more flush :) i would love a 9.5 in the rear though, but money is an issue lol
i know drag racing people but wider rims on the front for traction but i was thinking more for looks seeings as my car is far from a powerful car lol
i hate how the front wheels sit on FD's. look the opposite of camber!
you mean positive camber, yea it looks terrible
but i think im running at least -5 at the front ;)
do u have any kind of adjustable camber arms installed on ur car, stig?
na nothing, its just the way the air bags front shocks are designed, i just chucked it on the max negative camber lol
ok.
took the rear rim off.
saw where the rim is rubbing on the plastic protecting the fuel tank/lines.
cut away the plastic where its rubbing so there was no way the tyre would touch the plastic.
jumped in the car.
went for a spin.
still rubbing.
had the rears rolled ages ago.
**** knows what its rubbing on.
wtf.
perhaps u need stiffer suspension and maybe a bit of negative camber?
true true. got a fair bit of negative camber going on already but am only rolling of pedders springs.
love to get a set of coils.. but love to get a ticket back to thailand ;)
