Theft prevention - wheels?

Also:
-Hide the alarm brain somewhere other than the drivers kick panel area. An alarm is only as good as its install
-Change dash and steering/barrel trim screws to security screws (harder to reach the standard honda immobilizer)
-Use a club lock to stop low level theives.
-Park wisely

All coems down to how much you wanna spend :)

To an extent... If you're handy/DIY'er... then it's more about how much time you have, lol.

Also to add to my previous list.

- Park in area's that have high foot/vehicle traffic.
- When parking; turn full lock towards the gutter and lock the steering wheel. (This will also make it harder to steal wheels).
- I still think the high pitched sirens inside the car is one of the most effective (and albeit hilarious) methods to deter thieves... especially when coupled with a Full Back-Up battery system for the alarm.

Install a camera aimed at your car at home that activates with movement then sounds an alarm in your room (or wherever) then go outside spin kick them in the face and scream "ROOOAAAD HOUSE"... now THAT will teach 'em! xD

If you have the money put a different lock nut on each wheel

different nuts on the wheels with keys from a few different countries, a dog, a shotgun, alarm... otherwise park in a secure place away from opportunist theives with time

People who make alarms and generally install them are generally people themselves who used to be thieves lol.
