Back to the restaurant review example which you seem to keep avoiding... I highly doubt they'll waste their time to sue someone on a public forum.

but getting choked on calamari got nothing to do with the restaurant, user error.

I might start writing reviews on streets that have potential of someone getting hit while crossing

If you had a bad experience you can name and shame
Hell food safety does it with that website that names and shames food safety violators and no one has been sued due to it.

But saying X company had shit customer service when you never been there is slander as there is no proof of it.

But if the mods and site owner do not want you saying they were shit don't do it.
