well seriously.. im just looking for a car. Not to fuss about it being a performance car. Im driving a H22A powered accord atm with some sussy upgrades and it goes and handles pretty well. I was just asking if in any case in the future i may wanna upgrade the suspension setup on the jazz. But yeah Jazz is one of my "hot" hatches lol.Quote:

So what makes the vtir civic so special? cant you buy it in a lamo sohc engine with drum brakes? So obviously honda just tweaked with the suspension and put a hotter engine in their. Obviously with their current engine range its not exactly possible with a jazz and c'mon as if people would buy a jazz with a factory k20a, i mean the pricing would be same as a dc5r

So what if your Jazz can caine one? when? where? how? you want a medal?? lol comparing an 90's hatch to a post 2000 hatch, I'd be embarrassed if I couldn't beat one with a decade of technology lol. I have driven both cars and the Swift although might not be refined it is a more pleasurable drive, while on the other hand Jazz is a very hairy car when pushed, more so then the Gti. You have to remmember that you cannot compare cars from different decade, they had different target market etc.Quote:

4: Driver involvment? No
5: Affordability, as said is completely subjective.
So in conclusion, Jazz IMO is not a hot hatch.

Jazz are very nice cars for daily commuting. If you want a car to do just that, then I'd go for the Honda Jazz or Toyota Yaris. Good luck.
