Hi All
Due to work commitments (including some o/s travel) I haven't been able to dedicate any solid time to my install, however I have slowly been progressing things.
Firstly, a BIG FAT WARNING, the Double DIN kit I sourced in the US is NOT compatible with the RHD Euro. Believe it or not, there is one bracket that is different between the kits, everything else though looks identical. So, I ended up having to pick-up ANOTHER Double DIN kit. A big thanks to jb_buzz for sourcing the RHD version through Honda Australia. Dunno what the guy was on that originally told me it wasn't available!
Because i've only had the time to do little bits here and there, i've been driving around for the past month with just about all the panels out of my Euro, including the boot and back seat.....this has sucked! I just felt depressed every time I got in it... ;-P
I haven't got the time to give a step by step guide, but i'll post as many photos as I can. Please feel free to ask me any questions!!
Sound Deadening (Dynamat)
I've completely sound deadened the inner and outer front door panels. This was a slow and agonising process, but definitely worth it! When you compare the difference between tapping on the front door and rear door, it's like the difference between tapping on concrete and a tin can.

Speaker Spaces/Mounts
Spacing the SPZ-60's required alot of stuffing around. You basically have to space them so the basket is just off hitting the door, otherwise the speaker will protrude to much and the inner door panel wont fit back on correctly. If you get it right, everything fits real nice. I ended up buying these brackets (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=330105020813) off eBay, disassembling them, cut a 12mm spacer from MDF and glued/screwed it to the bracket.

Tweeters
The Boston tweeters fit nicely in the factory locations. I used some 3M double sided tape and a little hot glue to keep them in place.
