personally i dun like the badge on the front grill. would love the stickers tho but not for $190. would rather source JDM FD2 ones or get them made up.
was gonna put a deposit on one last week but holding out for another month. the dealer refuse to throw anything in for me... he said base price, full charge for car and all accessories, not discounting anything. he also said that demand is high and he will sell his allocation every month... we'll see.
i'm really worried about the paint chipping thinig that i've been reading about... i'm a real noob when it comes to cars so wats the advice?
what actually gets put on the car with the paint protection? is it just protecting against chipping? or does it help retain colour and protection against sun/dust/etc?
is it better to get it from the dealer or is it cheaper to go directly to a workshop urself?
If you are worried about stone chips, get a 3M clear bra put on.
If anyone wants a CTR - there was one advertised in the Melbourne Age on the weekend for $39,990 driveaway. The catch is it is a dealer demo (but only 400kms on the odo). I think it was Berick Honda but don't hold me to that as I am working from memory.
There seems to be a few going around for that price now and more new ones available as well - see here.
Perhaps they're not selling that well?
For this price, I rather get a used S2000 or DC2R and do some mods. Is this car a lot more advance than the last type-R?
there was one for like 37k ??? demo dealership. drive away price.
anyways if u worried bout paint chip get a bra like arong said. i mite do that. or il just let it chip and give me an excuse to spray it Championship white later on :)
