uhm nah u cant watch the service be done, u can from afar, and hope ur car is in one of the bays close to the reception desk lolol - but yeah u wont be able to see much lol. just trust em and maybe check stuff urself afterwards if ur concerned.
@ curtis: yeah, it wasnt just installing coils though, also adjusting to the height i wanted and a wheel alignment (however they did that before lowering, so i need another wheel alignment now.. but too low to get up the ramp =.= - anyone kno where i can get it done at a place with low ramps?)
