The last time I went to WSID (1 month ago) the STi's and WRX's I ran only did 1.8-2.0 60footers which i thought was poor for those machines.
The Sti with the exhaust and boost mods ran consistent 1.8 60footers with 12.8-13.1 @ 104-106mph... (on standard street tyres)

Goodluck with the car.. Have a look at the cam reveiw on K20a.org the say you can run all the stock valve gear.. although I dont know how good a gain you'd get over the type R set-up although they have a couple of guys testing them that had type R cams...
11.xx will be too hard on street tyres .

im assuming an 11 sec honda would be totally weight reduced, lexan windows and be using full drag radials.
