i can vouch for NORM (known as wholehyper on tsx forums)
i bought the greddy evo2 exhaust from him and extra nice guy!
paid via paypal too. took about 5 days for e-cheque to clear and another 1 week for the goods to arrive via freight with BAXGLOBAL.
ask for a tracking number and ring baxglobal when norm gives u the thumbsup that the goods are here
