thanks lude, i actually saw that post and thought it was to good to be true.
His got some good feedback with that kit. I know its not OEM but for $250 thats gotta be worth the try.

^ Beats paying $900 for the kit I did from II2QU or whatever his name was.
Come to think of it, I have the latches from that kit if you want as I've swapped to the OEM hardware now.

^^^^ oo sounds tempting. i havent actually bought the hard top yet. as im really still deciding if i want one and if its in my budget.
my roof does need replacing as the rear window is hard to see through when in rains!
