not sure if its just me, but just came up with something weird when i tried to open a page

Something similar has come up for me but only twice since the change. Just refresh the page or click 'Back' on the browser and then click the link again.

what web browser are you using? and are you on broadband or dialup?

broadband, myie2, i clicked refresh 3 times and the same thing came up.

I added some (very simple) code for the banner ad........but I can't see anything wrong there?!??!

Broadband and IE 6+...

hi i understand u have a new rule about newbies posting things up for sale but are there exceptions cos i see some forumers are allowed to post even though the seem new while i am not able to.

We had problems with the implementation of the rule when the site first came up. It has been resolved sinced yesterday (I think it was yesterday!)
