One of the traders on ozhonda actually installed it for him. So just get a pre purchase inspection done at the installers workshop to make sure everything's in good nick.

Hey broQuote:
Hi,
For sale is my really clean AP1v2. For those who are on forums its ALPS. i know i've spoken big and said i wouldn't sell ever again, but oh well.
I am an enthusiast, this is my second s2000 after regretting selling my first one. I have great love for these cars but it is time to move on and invest in my future and not a liability. i know i will regret this one too and will not move on, in future i will get another. so whoever buys this one must keep in touch, otherwise you aint getting it.
The AP1v2 model has glass soft top with defroster, tweeters in doors, chrome finishes here n there, pockets in the doors, revised ECU map which has 10 hp more than standard AP1 and few other bits n pieces. I flew all the way to QLD to pick this one up.
This model can actually be insured for what you pay for it. Market value is more than a '99 AP1
as soon as i got it back to melb, i took it to Carl @ CRS Automotive and it has had a beyond major service done for peace of mind. cost me almost 2k. receipts available. it has also just recently had its 5k minor service done. Also had its rotors machined and new pads put in. Car still has 9 months rego left
Only modification to this car is that i have rolled the guard/fenders and an aftermarket stereo.
I am looking for a quick sale. price is firm at 20k, will not go lower so do not waste your time. car owes me heaps more.. i'm sure people will be bidding more to have this car. as it is really hard to find a clean s2.
Regards
Alp
calling your car a liability isn't how you sell it...
those who think a car isn't a liability and who deny it, should get smart. lol new or old, faults or no faults, it is still a liability. not an investment. actually i take that back, there can be that scenario you find a cheap run down car which in original/good condition is worth good money and you can actually make money out of repairing/restoring, then yeh, investment. but other than that, liability.
I agree, a car is a liability.
But that's not something I'd say in an ad.
ok i'll take that part out! -.-
done! lol
