oh btw, today one of my HID's (right one) didn't ignite. i turned the off and on again. they worked. I was like wtf and shittin brix, so i went to my mate's civic Fd, turned on his lights, and same shit happened!

If ur battery voltage is too low would that stop it from lighting up the right bulb?
nah, its due to el cheapo hid ballasts, happens to me for my fogs cos i got cheap ones, never happens for my low beams

then i have no idea... LOL ill wait for someone to correct me, but if it happens its no biggy, just do what you did, flick it off then on again
