WIll took some pictures on HOW to get away from the PS hose
After install it, i feel a bit shock inside while accelarating from 0. Everytime i change the gear, it feels a bit shock (when not letting th clutch slowly). Thank to Promax to install it for me and my new clutch next week in a good price.

damn that really is a tight squeeze.... The damper is on an awkard angle which might not be the best for the damper itself and the brackets trying to hold it in place. The nut being right next to the powersteering hose is a bit of a worry too ...
if you get a chance some more pictures from differnet angles and some more driving impressions would be great - good on ya for giving it a go too
Is it meant to be bolted to the engine mount bracket side at an angle like that? Or was it so you could clear the PS hose?
Could you put the bolts on in a different way so that the bolt/nut with the rounded end is up against the PS hose??
I think engine mounts would be the go here instead.
judging from the pictures on the CL7 it's meant to be straight... It seems to be a better option to get the Jtso designed brackets made up instead.
Currently no engine mount replacements or inserts for the euro which kinda sucks
no that's the power steering hose..
I think it may be possible to reroute the line. I was speaking to Trav (egSi) a while ago about getting a custom made braided line to replace the oem rubber one and he seemed to think it could work - I'll look into that aswell.
overall fitment is just too off for me
the damper has ball mounts that allow it to swivel to small angles and it fit in really tight which should perform the same way. Also touching the PS hose is not really a big deal to my mechanic so it should be fine. Have drive it all day, i do feel a little bit inside the car but is all good. the engine tie pretty well as I saw very little engine movement when I ask my frd to press the accelarate pedal.
Perhaps it is the angle of these pictures - but JTSO looks like he has shifted very slightly the power steering hose (see top of hose and bracket). If you do that TypeG you might be able to use a different nut and install the ETD on the other side... see below:

ah true, that's good to know, the ETD does take a lot of force though so hopefully it holds up in the long run... What i'd really like to know is how it affects wheel hop and the feel of gear changes? Do you think the modification is worthwhile?
would it also be possible to flip the engine mount bracket around? would that help do you think?
Bending the PS hose slightly sounds like an option aswell, but I'm not sure how that would affect things or if I'm game to try it.
