What exactly are you worried about Fredoops? If it's scrubbing then you have nothing to worry about!
Nah, Im not in the flush crowd so i just don't want anything to poke out,
Thats fine then, ain't no poking happening there.
@xanctus, since then, i've readjusted the coils to get rid of the scrubbing, but will be readjusting it tomorrow once again. haha
the kit is the 06-08 mudulo kit. (one you get from the stealerships)
what coils are you running. also any scrubbing/rubbing at that height?
what camber are you running at the rears?
Will 17x9 koya drift tek rims fit, my cl9 at stock height?
I want to lower it later down the track, I know I will have to roll the guards then.
Hey my setup is exactly like this. Same wheels, same specs and I am selling the wheels too :) I have Yokohama S-drive tyres on all four (very good tyres) the setup cost me $4.5k. But im selling for pretty cheap :) let me know if anyone is interested your car would end up looking like this white one! My mobile is 0435617225.
Hey mate,
I am lowered with just spring. Since I bought 2nd hand from a junk yard, I don't know the brand nor the mm of dropping.
Interestingly it is not rubbing at all and many comments that I should lower it even more to look good, which I agree but as a daily car and family car, I am happy where it is now.
What offset should I get? I wanna run 17x8 on the front and 17x9 on the back. Will I have to roll the guards or anything at stock height. Maybe lowering later on.
What offset depends on the look your after and your budget as you usually gotta pay to get the specific offset your after. A +40 of +45 would be widely available on a lot of after market wheels out there and you wouldn't need to roll guards for that.
If you're after a nice flush look I think +35 front, +30 rear would be ideal for the widths you mentioned, but in this case lowering is a must to complete the look and you would definitely need roll the guards.
Hope that helps.
