i bought my wheels 2nd hand and they were bronze. i think 3 out of 4 had gutter rash and a couple of them nearly went around the whole outside lip. but had them all repaired plus resprayed. can't tell that they ever had a mark on them now :DQuote:

IF they're on while ur car's off, then you'll drain ur batt.
ur parkers are t he lights that go on before u turn ur low beams on - those little bulbs that share the same reflector as ur highbeams (the inner one)
all you have to do is kinda splice those wires and join it on - if u aren't confident, don't do it..

Changing paint colour to black is quite difficult - i can't cut out perfectly without spending ages (so u see random whtie bits on the edges - looks too fake to believe) and somehow the paint looks a bit matted.

Here's what i thnik, and have always thought.
White's get extremely dirty extremely fast.
Black looks like it's already dirty, unless u make it glossy (then that's another story... i rarely like black wheels)
Colour is nice, as long as it's not something weird like red, blue, yellow, grn etc. (bronze gold and silver are good)
Chrome/polished aluminium looks good sometimes.

nahhh, i was into gold for a while, but its hard to find a nice gold, then white really grew on me, as did black (not so much though). and not really a fan of gunmetal/bronze or chrome. silver is ok but then i would just keep my stockies =].

^^ the euro rims? yes it will fit saw one lastweek on a vti, it looks good though, but i suggest you have to put a spacer to make the rims more outward...cause its +55 offset correct me if im wrong

just wanna ask a silly question, hope u guys won't mind.. i just bought a 2010 civic, due to arrive hopefully next week.. i've read somewhere that i could replace the rims & tyres like in a few weeks or maybe a few months without voiding the warranty... they say as long as the modification was not the cause of the prob, you could still claim warranty.. others say it depends on the dealer? can someone confirm this? thanks mates!
dealers can blame whatever they want really.. and u cant do THAT much about it without going through a massive deal (thats what i've learnt from some people's past experiences)
well this is the dealer's theory,
if u change the rims it wont affect the waranty on your lights but in case of anything happens, the dealer can blame YOU for your lights and not put them under waranty because they can
for eg, my clutch is funny at first but they woundt change it or fix it because i lowered my car but after a while the clutch is fine now
