an AP1 is worth really anywhere up to $30k depending on k's and condition.

I bought my 2000 black AP1 for $25k with 144k on the clock. Amazingly clean though and in great condition. I was happy with the price, didn't even bother trying to haggle.

If you look at cars interstate, you can pick up a decent 2003 with under 100kms for about 23k
Paying over 20-22k for one at the moment with over 150kms I would say is too much. With the prices on carsales for cars in VIC some would beg to differ.

Many people have found previously that the cheap end of S2000's are often utter bullshit due to not being looked after. Sometimes you might get lucky.

From looking at the prices I think it's fair to say that a clean AP1 around a 2000 model with around 100kms is worth about 22k that's if it's very clean.
Reading this thread as well shows that alot of people have purchased very clean ones with alot less than 100kms for around 25k.
I don't mind paying 25k but I don't think it's justifiable when they are sitting on 150kms. It is simply too high.
Yes there might be supply and demand but all the ones with 150kms advertised for 25k in VIC have been sitting for sale for months.
If you were right they wouldn't be there.
