They need serious convincing that you are a Motor Enthusiast if your under 25yrs old.. Which wasnt hard for me to prove over the phone..

regardless your age you need to prove to them that you are an enthusiast. i spent like 30mins chatting on the phone about cars and motorsport before they would cover me.

Yes took me a while to convince the guy on the phone, think the main things that convinced him were my plans to track the car more regularly, I have recently joined a Car Club, and the fact I own 2 Honda Civics.
