how much dat set u back and how long has it been??

I am new here but I own a white 99 Vti Accord (stock) just changed head lights to white and still waiting for my springs. I am going to lower the car and purchase 17 0r 18 inch wheels. BTW i am from Sydney..........

I have a 96 VTI Accord. White, cat-back exhaust, CAI and pod, clear tail lights and about to get some 17inch wheels. The rest is stock (unfortunately). I'm thinking about getting a body kit but thats as far as I'll go with mods. Oh i'm from Adelaide by the way.

Well i probably have the oldest accord here, a 1983 Honda Accord 3dr. I know it doesn't even begin to compare with the rest of the Accords but it is my first car, and when i bought it i didnt have much of the green stuff so modding didnt enter my mind. I was really looking for at least a 90-94 but as i said i didnt have much money, and the Accords over here in WA are expensive.

Anyway, my car is pretty much standard except for the 15" Gold Rims. Im trying to find out if its possible to do anything with my car, mainly engine wise. It only has 1.6L in it which is very good on fuel, which suits me as i have no job atm, and even though it is suprsingly fast for a 1.6, i want to see if i can change it or do as much as possible to it. My grandparents have a 1984 Honda Accord Auto which is the year Honda introduced the 1.8L enigne and if they decide to get rid of it im gonna see if i can scrunge anything from it. Apart from that i have no plans.

So do you guys know if it is possible to do much to my car?

Oh i dont know if this is of any hlep or whatever but my dad worked as a service manager for Honda for about 8 years, so yeah.

About ur car...first off..dont matter if it's an old one..all dat matters is you have a Honda. :)

As for mods...post ur question in the technical forums and I'm pretty sure you'll get heaps of answers there dude.

Sorry bout the name, didnt realize someone had a similar one. Is their anyway i can change it, i tried in my profile but it doesn't seem to work.

Well im 17, im from WA and i just finished high school, well almost, one more exam on Tuesday and thats it. Not much else to know really, just a normal teenager really. And indeed Honda's are bitchin cars, always wanted one ever since my dad started working for them.

Ive convinced my dad to spend some money on my car, as i said before i have no income atm. So first off im getting my air conditioning fixed by one of my dads old mechanics, then im getting some ICE for my car, looking at a Pioneer head unit and some 6" speakers for the front. Really cant go all out with amps and 6x9"s as their is no shelf at the back and i want to keep access to my spare wheel. THen after that im getting a new exhaust, not sure what one but probably gonna get a dual tip instead of a big canon.

I might post this in the tech section aswell, so more people will read it.
