so far mine is going well without any problem in rain, but melbourne has not had enough rain though. will see how it will go in heavy rain.
but i dont think it should suck water in engine bay.

the piping i used for mine isnt very big (but it was the biggest i could use coz the stupid cooler piping was in the way :P)
