my current setup's good with the tanabes and even before with stock suspension
the reason why i went with the 18" setup was coz it matched the OEM setup on the 15" rims and tyres.. the only thing i had to research up on was the offset and 42+ is reasonable

and be aware that different setups to OEM can affect ur speedometer and the amount of km's stacked up on the car as it would read differently
the setup ive got on is the closest to stock speedometer readings
with the setup ur going for, you may be able to fit on 225/40 tyres however 45+ is pushing it close to the brakes and suspension, better yet to ask tyre fitting dealers
