As U can see I bored the TB out,it only took 3 hours to do.I used a small round file,a good one,not a cheap one.
I think the material is aliminum on the TB,it came off quite easy.Anyway,I'm very happy with how it turned out.Also I filed the butterfly plate to a point and made sure it open 100%,not 97 or 98%.
I will do mine soon and get it in then comment on the difference.
It's best to leave it all scratched up like that instead of polishing it cause it helps with the atomization of the air.Atomizing the air,splits the atoms in the air allowing more air into the combustion chambers.And more air = more power!
