18x7.5 +42 with 225 tyres seem safe enough to run with NO issues at allll?

215 tyres would suit better, but 225s are fine on that offset. ive got them on my 7.5" wide wheels.

yeah, ive got the same specs on my wheels and car is lowered about 2".

ive got 225/40/18s on a pair and 235/40/18s on other 2.. i know 235s on a 7.5 wheel is a bit much, but they're the tyres i got when i purchased my wheels 2nd hand.
will be swapping them to 215s in the new year when they run out of tread and i get some money to do so
