Yes polished is best I have learnt! Just like ITB's are polished!
The atomization comes in with the fuel,so at the end of the IM runner ports, where the injectors squirt fuel into the runners, that's where ya wanna scuff up with some 120 grit to help atomize the fuel.
that looks ghetto as hell hah
Ahahaha Alex! That's the stuff then LOL
Nah,Tim's gotta polish it up yet! :)
I filed down the bit in the middle too but I'll start a thread about it in a couple of weeks after I've done mine :)
These guys in labs using the giant atom collidors should be using D series throttle bodies instead! So much cheaper!
lol just playing beez, good to see you having fun. But do you seriously think that is going to have any effect except for ruining your TB?
more pics it is sanded/polished now looking much better

Awesome Timmy!
Looks tops. Can we get one more photo, looking straight down,so we can see the thickness of the butterfly plate and the holding bracket, say 30cm away, then we can see the whole deal :)
I would like to get those screws flatter, but will just leave them as we took a lot off the rest!
A 60mm TB is too much for a stockish d but I feel this boring out will free up some airflow and will hopefully work aye!
We are putting Tim's y4 IM and TB on his y7 tomozza!!
:)
no worries will take em soon havin dinner
it's been updated^^
Wicked! Yeah open it up from the side so we can see right in/through there :)
Pic was added above. The centre part is far far thinner, therefore allowing more air in but not too much, like a 60mm TB or anything, just a nice lil' increase :)
What do U think Alex, will it flow better than the stock one?
