shine a torch up to the paintwork to see if there are any defects or differences between that panel and a different panel, once in the sun and once in the shade if its possible to get a full view.

Have you managed to talk to him? What was shifty about it?

The car does look pretty clean..but doesn't look like he'll budge any lower

Told me he had numerous offers for 39k but he wanted 40k. Now it's 37k lol
