i hated moderating because of the lounge itself. that is partially why i quit.

As for your question, the 'line' can never be defined in reality.

Perhaps we can have a sub-forum in the lounge for all those sex depraved, drug addicts to post all they like. But have the lounge itself a family friend environment. Moderators can move offensive threads at THEIR discretion. Dunno.
