when you say the engine is fully built, what's done to it?

D16Y8 Head
D16Y4 Gearbox
D16Y4 Sump

the rest is a mix of the two...

then the heavy duty clutch and injectors

yep, ran out of money to do internals. but its ok until im hitting 250hp atw im not even ganna think of internals. (call me risky but aye there are plenty out there like that that have been running for years)

yep mine is SOLID proof of that d15b7, running 12psi on microtec lt8 ( PIECE OF JUNK!) treated well, warmed up and down, run on the best fuel 98bp ulitimate, and the best oil, mobil 1 5w50. been running for 3 years, no problems yet and still perfect compression

projects coming out nice aza... can't wait till its done! can't wait to see final figures too!!

You didn't tape up the BMC very well. lol I thought you said it was still gonna be black. The whole thing is orange.

BTW, how many psi u gonna run on ur stock internals?

Well he said he wants about 10 PSI for a safe reliable daily driver (said so earlier in this thread)

I think 6 or 7 will be safe tho.

i'd be going for a dual stage controller if it was me. 10 psi daily may be 'lil risky when you dont always need it
