All done in Adavn 048R...not much of a drag tyre. Just used it cause it was bald.
i dont see how they can, considering a semi slick tyre is designed for track/circuit use so it would take much more than a burn out to get them up to heat. Well thats what i thought anyways on those runs i did. Unless we are talking about those BF Goodrich drag semis which are real soft and can get warmed up easily.
compared to any normal street tyre...actual "circuit" semi slicks are apparently worse for straight line dragging. Anyway tyres do make a big effort in putting the power down and reducing those 60ft and ET.
What should a stock dc2r run with street tyres? 14.8?
and what should a stock dc2r run with semi slicks?
