If we pay our fines sooner, does that mean we gain our points sooner?
(I payed my speeding ticket like 3 hours after I received it thinking the above....)

if you loose (suspend) your lisence tho, its from the time you receive the letter to notify when you loose it, regardless of when you paid - normally 2-3 weeks afterQuote:
