man... maybe i AM noob... can anyone tell me what icon to click? cant see on that "EXPERT" thread. also, I click this Icon with tool tip "Add to XXX Reputation" (which i thought this is what the moderator says on the other forum) but cant find any "select either "Good" or "Poor" in the box that pops up" bleh... once u click that the reputation box comes up and then u click "i approve" and thats giving people rep points and obviously i dissaprove gives em neg reps and the reason they may not count is because u may have less than 100 rep points your self (u said u have records stating you've bin given hits, but the people that hit u are probly the same noobs in this thread so they have less than 100 points so their hits dont count 4 neting).
i really hope that helps bcoz if that duznt clear it up for u then u deserve to be stuck on newcomer status for your entire life
