I just put a deposit on the '07 Civic VTi in Misty Violet. I didn't manage to get the price down from $27 800, but i did get the mud flaps on top of the car mats and 16" euro alloy wheels like mentioned before.... i now have to wait until January to get it. So happy to join the Honda familY :)
what's the difference between the 06 and the 07 civics?? you know that honda have upped the prices on their cars?? by quite a bit as well!! my friend wants to buy a jazz...and it's 2k more than what it says on the site!! oh well...im happy i got my car before it went up! :)Quote:

VTi-L features aren't really that great unless you really want the climate control and cd stacker. It works against you because if you wanted to change rims, it becomes a harder argument of "do i change my honda alloys?"..
... and then comes the regret later on of "shit i should've spent $5k more to get the better engine, leather, sunroof, etc.. which has far better resale value."
Tru, mate, but i don't think spt model can get better value than VTI-L does. u can check the carsales.com, spt model is the most frequency resell new civic there, and price normally drop down so much
