Mmm well my original quote was a mistake, apparently it was $26500 with no accesories. Just the VTi auto as standard. Trade in would be a 2003 Jazz VTi. Problem with private selling is getting a buyer, and if you sell it before you get the new car you have no car for a while.
Tru, this a problem. Like as me, sold my echo at Aug and have to wait 2 mths for civic arrival, but hopefully i got my frd cheap car to drive during this time. but private selling can get better price for sure.
imo its better to trade it ur car then to sell it privately. u can get some good deals if you do and besides as you said theres no gurantee about private sellers.
also selling a car privately is not a fun thing to do. there are so many idiots out there that give u ridicilous offers or simply waste your time.
